1. Payment Information

We accept Credit Card payments here on TappyTees.  All payments are handled securely by Stripe.

2. Delivery Information

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within North America.
Orders over $130 qualify for free shipping outside North America.

Store Credits and Replacements

You may return any product you have ordered from www.tappytees.com within 7 days from receipt of delivery. Custom and special order products are not eligible for return. Freight charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

To return any item purchased online please contact www.tappytees.com via Contact Us Page. Please indicate the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a replacement, exchange, or a refund. All items must be returned directly to www.tappytees.com at TappyTees – Tap T-Shirts for Tap Dancers Mississauga, Ontario.

All goods returned for credit or exchange must be in a saleable condition with original packaging intact.

If the product is out of stock at the time we receive your return; we will offer an alternative product or a credit. If you wish to wait until the item is back in stock, we will contact you with details of when you can expect delivery.

All online credits will be completed within approximately 7 days of agreement. All credits will be made according to the original method of payment. Please note that we do not credit the cost of delivery except if your return is the result of an error made by www.tappytees.com.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations can be accepted on current stock merchandise prior to dispatch.

You can contact us Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm EST. Outside these hours, you will be able to leave a message and will be contacted the following working day.

All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for credit.
